How to measure your growth as a designer? Just design tea, please🍵
I am always wary of frameworks and templates and buzz words. My first experience with OKRs wasn't great either - while it was definitely with good intentions, I just found them added bureaucracy by middle managers.😅
Around last year same time, when I was struggling to find a way to communicate the work I am doing holistically (not just as delivered designs for x project), - and OKRs did the job. It helped me get a promotion.
So I wanted to share back, but I also get if it's not everyone's cup of tea!
