📕 Book
I haven’t read a single book in Jan. I usually pick up reading in spring-ish.
📝 Blog - What they don’t tell you about calibrations and ratings by Deb Liu
For research/ validation of my experiences, I read quite a lot of blogs, and this one was so very neat. I am a big fan of her book too, and would highly recommend a read!
